Cherry Bakewell Cupcakes

O come on!! This is like torture! Trying to be extra good today to make sure I lose weight this week and I arrive in the office to be greeted by the above!

Cherry Bakewell cup cakes and chocolate orange cup cakes have to be up there with the best flavoured cup cakes ever and I have had to pass :(

Now in my book that is extreme will power! Would you have been able to pass on a cupcake?!?

Rice with tuna and poached egg topped in habanero tobasco sauce!

Coming in at a total of 600 calories this is doubling up as my breakfast and lunch but it is the perfect way to stock up on lost protein and carbs from the run whilst keeping fat extremely low!

Wow is all I can say!

I love marshmallows and if this is the closest I will get to them for a while then so be it! It only has 3 calories a glass what is there to complain about! Try it if you have a sweet tooth, you will not be disappointed!

Best protein bars ever!

I love these but they have 236 calories per bar so I make sure I only have them on days after I have a big training session! They taste really nice for protein bars though and you can buy them for 99p in sports direct! 30g of protein for 99p seems good to me! It’s important to supplement any training session with protein to feed the muscles, I’m not a big fan of the shakes so bars are the way to go!

Mackarel and rice with habanero sauce

Total calories = 385
Satisfaction rating = 4/5

The combo of carbs from the rice and protein from the fish really help me feel more energised the habanero sauce is just because I like it hot and adds next to no calories!!!
